如你是本港居民及持有 有效的 香港正式駕駛執照，又想在香港以外地區駕駛車輛，你可申領 國際駕駛許可證。你應填妥指定申請表格TD51(430KB)，連同兩張相片及所需費用一併遞交各牌照事務處辦理。請注意，該許可證在簽發日期起計一年內有效。

Overseas drivers - licences (VIC) The requirement to change your overseas driver licence to a Victorian driver licence depends on whether your stay in Victoria is permanent or temporary.
If you are in Victoria on a temporary visa, you can drive on your overseas licence (provided it is current and valid) for an indefinite period provided your overseas licence is in English (or you have an English translation or an International Driving Permit).
If you are in Victoria on a permanent visa issued under the Migration Act 1958, you may drive on your overseas licence for three months from the date you first entered Australia or from the time the permanent visa was issued to you (whichever is the later). If you want to continue to drive in Victoria after this time you must hold a valid Victorian driver licence.
New Zealand residents who hold a current licence are treated as interstate drivers.
Licence TranslationsIf your licence is in a language other than English, it must be accompanied by an English translation. The translation is at your own cost.
VicRoads only accepts translations completed by: a NAATI accredited (any level) translator, or an official translation from the country of origin, or appropriate consulate in Australia.
An International Driver Permit is acceptable as a translation of a driver licence.

Temporary overseas visitors can include:-Tourists.-Business people on limited-duration visits.-People studying or working temporarily (eg working visaholders) in NSW.
